Airport Assistance Services

Fast Track Assistance

Airport Assist is used in Jaipur International Airport to assist passengers in moving fast on the security and check-in lines, during mornings and high seasonal periods. The service will be of great use especially to international travelers, old passengers, and business flyers who have tight schedules.

Meet and Greet

An Airport Assist is a special representative who receives passengers at the terminal entrance, or at the arrival gate and takes them through the airport process step by step. This is much more comfortable and less daunting to first-time visitors of India or families with children, who are forced to navigate through the airport.

Lounge Access

Airport Assist will be able to book to high-end lounges located within the Terminal 2, including domestic and international lounges. These lounges have comfortable seating, food, Wi-Fi, power outlets, and less busy areas than the congested departure gates.

VIP Airport Assistance

Airport Assist provides door to door services to the VIP guests, the executives, celebrities or luxury travelers visiting Rajasthan. The support services include expedited support, baggage coordination, lounge access arrangements, and easy airport navigation during rush flight periods.

Special Needs Support/Family

It is so easy to travel with old parents or young children at Jaipur Airport with personalized support services. Airport Assist assists in the provision of wheelchair support, stroller support, priority passage through queues and movement between terminals.

Baggage & Porter Assistance

Airport Assist offers assistance to passengers who have multiple suitcases, wedding luggage, shopping bags, or heavy baggage that is required to be taken to the airport. This service is particularly convenient when you are coming to the airport; when the taxis and baggage belts are overcrowded.

Transit Assistance

Even though Jaipur Airport is not a major transit centre as that of Delhi or Mumbai, Airport Assist assists passengers with domestic to international flights, re-checks, terminal directions and organization in case of a short layover.

Layover & Connection Tips

  • The Jaipur Airport is relatively small in size when compared to the bigger Indian metros and therefore navigation in the terminals is not a problem. During off-peak times, most passengers are able to comfortably transit across check-in, security and gates within 15-20 minutes.
  • The busiest are in the morning between 6 AM and 10 AM. It is highly advisable to be at the airport at least 2-3 hours prior to international flights.
  • Here departures and arrivals of international flights are executed in Terminal 2. Also, be sure to verify your airline information in advance, particularly when schedules change seasonally.
  • Internet connectivity is free within the airport, but OTP-based authentication might need an Indian mobile number to log in easier.
  • SIM card machines and telecom booths can be found at times at the arrival points, but most foreigners find it easier to activate an eSIM prior to landing in India.
  • The terminal's 2 airport lounges come in handy when there is a delay in the afternoon or when there is a long queue especially in the hot months of Rajasthan when the silent indoor seats are of great importance.
  • Outside arrivals there are taxi counters and app pick up of cabs. Ride demand is very high, especially during the evenings, when the weather is especially hot and when there is peak wedding and tourist season.
  • Visitors arriving late in the night usually choose hotel accommodation located in the airport over going into the city of Jaipur traffic at night.
  • Local Rajasthani cultural exhibits and handicraft-themed displays are also held periodically at Jaipur Airport, and provide a local feel to the environment of the terminal.
  • The terminal features wheelchair accessibility, elevators, ramps and washrooms that are accessible in key passenger spaces.
  • Families with children can have a relatively more peaceful seating area close to the exit gates than in the areas in the central food court during peak times.
  • The domestic-to-international baggage re-check requirements are airline-airline based. Verify baggage transfer policies on arrival of first check-in.
  • Official Indian visa and transit information may be obtained by travelers by checking: https://indianvisaonline.gov.in
  • When your layover is 5+ hours, then the city of Jaipur is close enough that you can make short sightseeing visits, perhaps to a nearby cafe or a local fort or a local market.
